(a)   All duties of Chief of Police shall be performed by the Sheriff of Dickinson County or his/her deputies. The Sheriff shall provide a monthly report to the City Council of activities within the City.

(b)   Law enforcement shall be provided by contract with the Dickinson County Sheriff renewed on an annual basis.
